Beach Creative Play & Arts: June

Service Description

Family by the Sea are heading to the beach this Spring for as long as our great British summer season allows. 4 Sessions Dates: Monday 5th, 12th, 19th, 26th June. We will be on Ramsgate mainsands as it will be dog free (we love our pooches but can be an added element with little ones). There will be public toilet access. There are options for parking with paid car parks down by Ramsgate Tunnels or free parking in the roads around up top. Open to all ages- price per family (please list all children and ages). 4 week block booking- non refundable or transferable for the beach sessions. With beach friendly resources, carefully curated for the planet and people friendly properties, to build and play. A process arts area using foraged items from the beach to paint, print and explore. We will have shade and blankets, perfect for our non mobile babies. Various teas, coffee and warmed oat milk with biscuit and fruit will be included. Families are invited to bring a picnic to enjoy lunch together. Please wear beach appropriate clothes and waterproof shoes (a change of clothes can be useful). A hat and your chosen sunscreen is recommended on sunny days. Bad weather including wind and rain will move our session to my studio on Addington Street. A risk assessment will be taken before each session, parents and carers will be responsible for their children during their session. Informed consent and medical forms will be sent out prior to joining the session and must be signed in order to join. I am first aid trained, DBS checked and have PLI insurance. We only want to leave our sandy footprints on our local beach and will have a communal beach clean at the end of the session to protect our coastline and wildlife.
