Considering Your Post Partum in Pregnancy Planning for your post partum can be a total game changer in your experience, transition and healing as you welcome your new baby. Having preferences to how you would like to get to know, feed and care for your baby. Having support for you physically, mentally and emotionally. We look to our birth and baby a lot in pregnancy but what about life on going, our physical healing, our transition into our new life with our baby, balancing the family’s needs and anticipating what life could look like. Understanding what your body goes through in the hours, days, weeks, months and years post partum. What support we have in the area with a little black book at the ready. Support is everything in our post partum. Anticipating the impact of birth on us and our baby. Respecting our feelings when we think of our postpartum, releasing fears and having ideas to support yourself. Come join me for this relaxing, informal but informative afternoon with fellow expectant parents. Understand. Anticipate. Prepare. I am an advocate for parents and want all parents to consider their post partum when it’s comes to healing, nutrition and mental well-being. Includes food and drink to share with friends. A post partum goodie bag and Wholehearted Digital Guide.
